The Brothers That Just Do Gutters West Houston, TX is hiring for an Experienced Gutter Installer. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of gutter installation, skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and other employees are essential. You will be trained for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Experienced Gutter Installer Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters
2. A positive attitude
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
5. Interest in growing with the company
6. Willingness to work overtime
7. Be a team player
8. A desire to establish a positive work culture
9. OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
10. Willingness to train junior staff
11. Valid driver's license
12. Over 18 years of age
13. Previous experience specifically related to gutter services and installation

Compensation: Hourly + Commissions (percentage) pay based on experience level.
