Cushman & Wakefield in the United States seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain lawns, walkways, and parking areas at the client site. The role includes mowing, edging, pruning, spraying, litter removal, planting, irrigation, and basic repairs, following site safety policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, completion of an apprenticeship or trade school is a plus, and at least three years of groundskeeping experience. Overtime, weekends, and various shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalency. Apprenticeship or trade school is a plus.
• Three years' groundskeeping experience; multi-skill knowledge across landscaping, irrigation, equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns with hand or power mower; edge around walks and beds.
• Prune shrubs and trees; trim and shape as needed.
• Spray lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides.
