Job summary

Door Controls USA is seeking a maintenance landscaper to care for outdoor spaces across our properties. You will perform mowing, trimming, tree work, fertilization, pest control, and general grounds upkeep to keep areas safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate various hand tools and equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated time management abilities and reliability.
• Ability to repetitively use hand tools, mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, tractors, and skid steers.

Responsibilities

• Care for owner properties and properties maintained by DCU to ensure safety, usability and visual appeal.
• Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, tree cutting/splitting, yard/fence/pest spraying and debris removal.
• Remove garbage and waste from properties routed to DCU main.
• Maintain and service all equipment and tools; report defects promptly.
• Fill fish/deer feeders and manage feed inventory.
• Assist with Maintenance crew on special projects and be available for indoor production when weather prevents outdoor work.
• Maintain all well houses in cold months.
