Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Sacramento, CA seeks an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial. The attorney will represent plaintiffs in various personal injury cases.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., active CA Bar, 5+ years of personal injury and premises liability experience, and excellent writing and advocacy skills; strong client service and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active CA State Bar member in good standing.
• Minimum 5+ years of personal injury/premises liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
