We are adding to our remote brokerage team specifically for experienced freight brokers who already have an active book of business.

Most brokers we speak with aren’t struggling to find freight — they’re frustrated with:

• operational bottlenecks
• lack of control over their book
• compensation that doesn’t reflect what they produce

This role is designed for brokers who want:

• full ownership of their customer relationships
• strong operational support behind them
• higher upside tied directly to production
