Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse worker in Joliet, IL to join a client team focused on accurate picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining inventory integrity and safety.

The role requires forklift experience with cherry picker/order picker capabilities and reach truck use on 1st shift. You will receive parts, move inventory, and uphold quality standards to keep orders on time.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience including cherry picker / order picker capability.
• Reach truck experience for 1st shift positions.
• Experience with picking, packing, and shipping parts in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to receive parts and put them away accurately.
• Must be quality minded and able to follow warehouse processes consistently.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship parts accurately to support customer and internal order requirements.
• Receive parts and put inventory away in the correct locations to maintain an organized warehouse.
• Maintain quality standards while handling parts to ensure orders are correct and damage is minimized.
• Operate forklift equipment as needed (Cherry picker/Order picker and Reach Truck experience for 1st shift positions).
• Support overtime needs when weekly overtime is called or when mandatory overtime is required after training and once meeting expectations.
