Our warranty schedule is not a mess! We have solid processes in place that have kept us in Warranty Excellence for the last 4 years. What You'll Do:

• Process and submit Ford warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Review repair orders for warranty compliance and required documentation
• Track claim status and resolve rejected or pending claims
• Reconcile warranty receivables and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management
• Stay current on Ford warranty policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Automotive Warranty Administrator experience required
• Ford warranty and CDK experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to work well with the entire service team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliable and strong communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
