Titus-Will Automotive Group in Lakewood, WA seeks experienced Service Advisors to join our high-volume Lakewood Ford service department. Titus-Will Automotive Group is one of the largest, family-owned dealership groups in the South Sound, serving customers across Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland since 1938. We are currently seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our high-volume Lakewood Ford service department.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $75,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience, performance, and qualifications)
• Compensation Structure: Base salary plus performance-based incentives
