Job summary

Clean-Tech seeks an Experienced Floor Technician for a part-time, second-shift role on weekends. The ideal candidate will pass background checks, have at least 2 years of floor tech experience, and bring reliability and strong teamwork to busy facilities.

Responsibilities include carpet care, scrubbing and stripping, plus operating floor buffers and burnishing equipment while following safety protocols. Physical fitness and dependable transportation are required for this site.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check, drug test and fingerprinting.
• Must have at least 2 years of proven Floor Tech experience.
• Reliable transportation required for site.

• Carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing and spray buffing.
• Operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inches and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment.
• Follow safety precautions and maintain floor cleaning/finishing equipment.
• Lift and carry up to 70 pounds and work on a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Performs the following duties: carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing had surface floors.Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment.Follow established safety precautions.Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment.
