Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• CFP or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER and/or CRPC or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor preferred.
• Experience in financial services with clients and knowledge of investment products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement the branch business plan and drive results.
• Create a engaging environment in the branch built on mutual trust and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain registrations and licenses.
