Allina Health in Apple Valley, MN is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a 51-member team within a primary care clinic. You will collaborate across service lines including Mental Health and the Penny George Institute to deliver whole-person care in a busy clinic setting.

The role offers a supportive culture, mentoring for new providers, and minimal call duties with RN triage support, in a schedule that includes 7:30am–6pm on weekdays. EMR: Excellian.

Key Position Details

Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting.

The Apple Valley clinic is searching for a Family Medicine Physician to join its team. Here you will be part of a 51 member team including the service line specialties of Urgent Care, CKRI, community pharmacy, ortho, podiatry, cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery, ENT, audiology, Ob-Gyn/Midwifery, urology, nephrology, diabetic education, clinic pharmacist, Mental Health, high tech imaging yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.

• Great clinic to build a new practice due to high patient demand, growing area and many primary care patient growth opportunities from Urgent care and Specialty provider referrals
• Successful mentoring program for new providers who join our practice

Job Requirements

• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
• BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days

Pay Range

Pay Range: $279,825 to $329,175 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
