• Clean & valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with ladders, crawl spaces, and roofs
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• High level of professionalism and customer communication
• Basic math skills (square footage knowledge is a plus!)
• Prior experience in exterior cleaning
