Job summary

WW Clyde in Arizona is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to support construction projects in the Apache Junction area. You will perform excavations, grading and backfilling while maintaining strict safety and quality standards on schedule and within budget.

You will inspect equipment daily, read plans, and coordinate with management and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution, with emphasis on efficient operations and safe work practices on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating an Excavator
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data
• A commitment to safety at all times

Responsibilities

• Daily proper inspections to ensure the equipment is properly maintained
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget
• Work closely with management and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed to a high level of quality
• Operate equipment to perform activities such as excavating, grading, and backfilling excavations
• Move materials, earth, and other heavy objects as needed
• Other duties as assigned
