Job summary

Vail Resorts in Leavenworth, WA seeks an Experienced Equipment Operator for winter season 2026/2027. You will operate a variety of equipment for street and utility repair, maintenance, and facilities construction, with full-time and part-time hours available.

Requirements include at least 1 year of heavy equipment experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with clean record, Class A or B CDL, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in alpine

• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Class A or B CDL license required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment used by the Mt. Ops team.
• Monitor all equipment and ensure issues are addressed promptly and communicated with Vehicle Maintenance.
• Perform physical labor as required for broad scope of jobs; responsible for all aspects of Mountain operations.
• Maintain signs, repairs, and general maintenance.
• Take directions and work as part of a team.
• Accurately troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
