Job summary

McAdams Propane, a Meritum Energy Holdings Company, seeks a proactive Customer Service Representative to join the Marshall, TX team. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and support customers across multiple channels with a strong emphasis on service, efficiency, and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call environment or in the oil/propane sector. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone call settings is preferred.
• Experience in the oil/propane industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide support and information about products or services.
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
• Forward customer questions and concerns to the assigned specialist or other staff.
• Field customer questions and complaints and escalate as needed to the appropriate staff.
• Ensure actions are taken to resolve customer problems and maintain accounts/records of interactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
