Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active California bar in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of employment-based immigration law experience.
- Experience with PERM Labor Certifications, I-140, EB-1/EB-2/EB-3 petitions.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage employment-based green card matters (EB-1/EB-2/EB-3).
- Prepare and file PERM Labor Certification applications.
- Draft and file I-140 Immigrant Petitions.
- Prepare NIW petitions when applicable.
- Advise corporate clients on immigration strategies.
- Draft support letters and petition briefs.
- Respond to RFEs and NOIDs.
- Collaborate with HR and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with DOL/USCIS regulations.
- Monitor priority dates and assist with status adjustments.
