Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Strong cost analysis skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative takeoffs on construction projects.
• Establish labor productivities for estimates.
• Maintain relationships with area vendors for pricing.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for non-self-performed work.
• Analyze market conditions to establish margins.
• Participate in internal bid reviews with supervisors and project teams.
• Support customer alignment and maintain relations.
• Handle contract administration for secured projects.
• Utilize wage and benefit schedules and hand off projects to Operations.
• Assist with change orders and billings as needed.
• Support other estimators with product line collaboration.
