Job summary

Sterling Construction Company, Inc. is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our Boise, ID team.

You will operate large production earthmoving equipment, primarily CAT D9 and D10 bulldozers, to support rock push, mass excavation, and site development while coordinating with other heavy equipment to meet production goals. Qualifications

5+ years of experience operating large bulldozers in heavy civil construction, mining, quarry, or large earthwork projects.
Demonstrated experience operating CAT D9 and D10 dozers or equivalent.
Experience performing rock push operations in high-production environments.
Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

Operate CAT D9/D10 and other large production dozers safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with excavators, haul trucks, and other equipment to move rock and earth materials.
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and report maintenance needs.
Work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as project demands require.
