Job summary

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. in Idaho is hiring experienced Equipment Operators to safely operate large production earthmoving equipment on heavy civil construction projects, primarily CAT D9 and D10 dozers, to support rock push, mass excavation, site development and material movement.

Candidates should have 5+ years of bulldozer experience in heavy civil, mining or large earthwork settings, demonstrated rock push work, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating large bulldozers in heavy civil or similar environments.
• Demonstrated experience with CAT D9/D10 dozers or equivalent.
• Experience performing rock push operations and high-production work.

Responsibilities

• Operate large production earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work with excavators, haul trucks, loaders and other equipment to move rock and earth.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and meet production targets.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.
