Job summary
NVA Pet Resorts in Norcross, GA is seeking a Professional Pet Groomer for a part-time position in our pet spa team. You will groom dogs, consult with owners, and promote services to maintain coat health while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications
- 2+ years professional grooming experience preferred.
- Knowledge of breed standards, coat types, and grooming techniques.
- Strong scissoring and finishing skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform grooming services for dogs, including breed-specific trims.
- Conduct client consultations to confirm grooming goals.
- Recommend services and products for coat health.
- Monitor pets for health concerns and relay observations.
- Maintain equipment and a clean, safe workspace.
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after appointments.
- Follow safety and animal-handling policies.
- Support sales growth to hit salon metrics.
- Attend team meetings and trainings.
- Handle other grooming duties as assigned by site leader.
