Job summary

Performance Driven Workforce is hiring an Experienced Dimensional Analysis Technician for an automotive Tier 1 environment in Allen Park, MI. The role focuses on measuring components and assemblies using CMMs, ROMER Arm, and 3D laser data, with reporting to engineers.

You will run calibration checks, interpret dimensional documents, and prepare results for internal teams and customers on an AM day shift with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Romer Arm, CMM, Polyworks, and Teamcenter (Metrology).
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure hard points and 3D laser scan data using CMMs and laser scanning equipment.
• Set up and tear down components on surface plates.
• Prepare dimensional analysis results for distribution.
• Provide analysis reports to engineering and test customers.
• Perform calibration checks and maintenance of CMM equipment.
