Job summary

Roush invites applications for a Dimensional Analyst Technician II in Livonia, MI. You will measure components and vehicles using a CMM arm, set up on surface plates, and calibrate equipment while troubleshooting software/hardware issues.

You’ll prepare analysis results for engineers and collaborate with customers and team members. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma (CAD cert or associate degree preferred) and 4+ years of CMM/CAD experience with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of CMM/CAD related experience.
• U.S. Citizen eligible for ITAR compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Measure components and vehicles with a CMM arm.
• Set up components on dimensional surface plates.
• Perform regular calibration checks of CMM equipment.
• Troubleshoot CMM software/hardware issues.
• Prepare dimensional analysis results for distribution.
• Assist with daily surface plates cleanup.
