Qualifications

• Residence in the Fishersville/Waynesboro/Staunton area.
• 1+ years of chairside dental assistant experience.
• X-ray certification.
• Working knowledge of general dentistry practices.
• Strong aseptic technique understanding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Optimistic, team-focused attitude.
• Preferred: Eaglesoft and CEREC experience.
• Preferred: Intraoral scanning, implants, and sedation.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during various procedures.
• Prepare rooms and tools for appointments.
• Run lab work or diagnostic exams (like X-rays).
• Closely follow directions to support patient care and outcomes.
