Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a professional casino dealer in Mississippi to handle table games with accuracy and cordial guest interaction. You will work at assigned tables, delivering clear rules explanations and maintaining game security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience/training, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Deal at least one game (Blackjack, Roulette, Craps or Carnival Games).
• Provide prompt, courteous and accurate dealing at assigned tables per established procedures.
• Assist guests in understanding the rules and ensure adherence to policies.
• Maintain the security of assigned games at all times.
• Report any safety hazards to the assigned Games Supervisor.

• Must be able to deal at least one game including, Blackjack, Roulette, Craps or Carnival Games (three-card Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, River Boat Poker, 21+3, Flop Poker, etc…).
• Must provide prompt, courteous and accurate dealing at assigned table(s) in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist guests in understanding the rules and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain the security of assigned game(s) at all times.
• Report any safety hazards to assigned Games Supervisor.

Requirements
