Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Corporate Governance Paralegal.
• Experience drafting and researching corporate entity filings.
• Familiarity with reviewing common transactional documents (SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, Vendor Agreements).
• Proficiency drafting corporate meeting minutes and governance amendments.
