iMGN Talent is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join its firmwide litigation practice on a hybrid remote basis. The role offers opportunities to handle sophisticated construction disputes with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters while collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction litigation matters from inception through resolution and trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and argue motions and participate in court proceedings.
• Review construction contracts, change orders, specifications, and project documentation.
• Analyze potential claims, defenses, contractual obligations, and litigation risks.
• Work directly with clients, experts, insurance professionals, opposing counsel, and witnesses.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Manage assignments independently while collaborating with experienced attorneys and legal teams.
