Qualifications

• 5+ years of concrete finishing experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Knowledge of tying rebar per plans.
• Experience installing embeds and anchor bolts.
• Set string lines for form setting and alignment.
• Measure, cut, and assemble forms; construct in place.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete placement and finish, including curing and cutting slabs.
• Dismantle, clean, and store forms after use.
• Set up and secure forms at correct locations and levels.
• Maintain form integrity and ensure stability and alignment.
• Operate tools (trowels, vibrators, drills) at the right time.
• Patch voids and repair concrete work as needed.
