Job summary

Sequoia Services is seeking a Concrete Rodbuster for on-site work in West Virginia. You will read plans, identify finish grades, and perform forming, tying rebar, and concrete placement with precision. Outdoor site work requires experience with forms, embeds, and anchors.

The role demands 5+ years in rebar/rod-busting, attention to safety, and ability to work in varying weather. A strong emphasis on quality finish and adherence to plans is essential.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of rod buster experience.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Proficient in tying rebar per plans.
Capable of installing embeds and anchor bolts per plans.
Able to set string lines for concrete forms.
Experienced in placing and finishing concrete slabs.

Responsibilities

Follow established finish grade during slab pouring.
Measure, cut, assemble, and erect forms.
Set up and secure forms and align them properly.
Perform concrete placement, finishing, curing, and cutting.
Dismantle, clean, and store forms after use.
Patch voids and repair concrete work as needed.
