Job summary

Rose Paving LLC is seeking an Experienced Concrete Finisher to join our field operations. You will interpret blueprints, set forms, pour and finish concrete for busy commercial, residential and industrial projects, with rigorous attention to detail and safety.

The role requires 3–5 years of verifiable experience, ability to lift 50–75 lbs, operate power tools and adapt to outdoor conditions in Florida heat. Valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable concrete framing and finishing experience.
Strong knowledge of forming systems (Symons, plywood, gang forms).
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for formwork layout.
Construct, set, and align forms for sidewalks, foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs.
Place, level, and finish concrete using hand tools and power finishing equipment.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to project specs.
Apply curing and sealing compounds to concrete surfaces.
Cut and install rebar, mesh, and other reinforcement materials.
Ensure safety practices and PPE on site.
