Florida Coastal Paving is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The role involves placing, finishing, and repairing concrete for commercial paving and sitework across Florida.

The ideal candidate has hands-on flatwork experience, understands finishing techniques, and can work outdoors in varying Florida weather conditions. Field-based position with potential overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of concrete finishing experience preferred.
• Experience with sidewalks, curbs, ramps, slabs and other flatwork preferred.
• Ability to read grades and basic construction plans.

Responsabilités

• Place, spread, level and finish concrete per specs and elevations.
• Finish concrete including sidewalks, curbs, ramps, slabs and pads.
• Operate floats, trowels, edgers, screeds, saws and finishing tools.
• Set grades and forms to ensure proper placement and drainage.
• Apply broom and other finishes; repair errors before curing.
• Assist with site prep, cleanup and other general tasks as needed.
