Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a commercial insurance account manager.
• Active Florida Insurance License is required.
• Proficiency with an agency management system.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong multitasking and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to small business producers by analyzing client needs, reviewing coverage forms, and obtaining quotations.
• Complete and submit applications to carriers, ensuring timely receipt of quotations and policies.
• Issue and verify binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements, and forward them to clients with necessary correspondence.
• Determine and manage billing, invoicing clients, and handling collection tasks.
• Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals as required.
• Process renewals, reviews, and audits of policies to ensure accuracy and initiate corrections when needed.
• Address and resolve requests for cancellations, aiming to retain accounts where possible.
• Identify loss exposures and recommend suitable coverage options alongside producers.
• Quoting of new business and renewals
