Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- EPA 608 Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and split systems.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Ensure systems comply with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with team members, clients, and management to provide timely service.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Respond to emergency service calls outside of regular hours as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
