Job Description Salary: $75-$90K & based upon experience

• Review specifications, plans, and contractual obligations

Essential Functions include:

• Completing pre-production work
• Building relationships with clients and vendors
• Ensuring effective communication across teams
• Providing accurate Edge Takeoff estimates and managing budgets
• Responding promptly to emails and calls
• Managing shop drawings, site visits, and submittals
• Monitoring project financials and safety compliance
• Coordinating change orders and project documentation
• Participating in meetings and community involvement

Required Competencies:

• Experience with estimating software like Edge, Bluebeam, Roof CAD, and Sage
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications

Additional Details:

• Work environment includes office and job site visits
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform site activities
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional longer hours
• Regional travel required, no international travel anticipated
• Qualifications include a construction-related degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5+ years in the industry and team management experience
