• Damage Assessment: Conducting thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to identify necessary structural, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs.
• Cost Estimation: Preparing detailed and accurate work orders using estimating software, including costs for parts, labor, and materials.
• Insurance Coordination: Communicate with insurance adjusters to review estimates, secure approvals, and manage supplemental claims when additional damage is discovered.
• Customer Service: Explaining repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers while providing regular updates on the status of their vehicles.
• Parts Management: Identifying required OEM or aftermarket parts and coordinating with the parts department to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Control: Collaborating with the shop manager and technicians to ensure the repair plan is followed and that the final output meets safety and quality standards.
