Job summary

Stone Bridge Personnel in Fort Worth area is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Benbrook, TX. The role includes setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

$28.00-$33.00/hour DOE, Mon-Thu 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with every other Friday off for a 3-day weekend. Responsibilities include loading programs, setting offsets, performing inspections, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards preferred.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident per employer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (2-axis to multi-axis).
• Load CNC programs, set work offsets, and verify tooling/fixturing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and setup instructions.
• Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds based on material and job specs.
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Adjust offsets and make minor program edits to maintain part quality.
• Troubleshoot issues with tooling, programs, materials, or machine performance.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance (coolant/oil monitoring, etc.).
• Accurately document production data and inspection results.
• Log job time in shop floor software.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams.
• Follow ISO 9001 standards and safety protocols.

Location: Benbrook, TX
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
