Job summary

gpac seeks an experienced CNC Machinist for an on-site role in a well-established precision manufacturing environment. The position emphasizes accurate setups, producing complex parts, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, interpreting blueprints and work instructions, and inspecting finished pieces to tight tolerances within a low-volume, high-mix job-shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC mill and/or CNC lathe experience.
• Strong blueprint-reading and inspection/gaging skills.
• Experience in a low-volume, high-mix job-shop environment preferred.
• Multi-axis mill or machining-center experience is a plus.
• Manual mill or manual lathe experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Work collaboratively with the production team while maintaining dependable attendance.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of CNC mill and/or CNC lathe experience.
• Strong blueprint-reading, measurement, inspection, and gaging skills.
• Experience in a low-volume, high-mix job-shop environment is preferred.
• Multi-axis mill or machining-center experience is a plus.
• Manual mill or manual lathe experience is a plus.
• A team-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance.
