Job summary

Bosch in Lincolnton, NC is seeking an Experienced CNC Machine Operator for 2nd/3rd shift focusing on step drill operations. You will operate CNC machines per instructions, load/unload parts, monitor cycles, verify materials and tooling, and complete production documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

CNC Machine Operation

• Operate CNC machines in accordance with established work instructions and standard operating procedures.


• Experience with Anca Grinders


• Load and unload parts, components, and raw materials as required.


• Start, stop, and monitor CNC equipment throughout the production cycle.


• Monitor machine performance and identify abnormal operating conditions.

• Follow approved machine parameters and processes; programming and machine setup are not primary responsibilities of this position.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.


• Previous experience operating CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with standardized work, 5S, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing principles.


• Experience working within established safety and quality management systems.
