Job summary

Avenues Home Care seeks an Experienced CNA to care for the elderly and vulnerable in clients' homes across the Nashville area. You will assist with ADLs, medications, meal prep, and mobility while documenting care and communicating with supervisors.

We value safety, confidentiality, and compassionate care. The role requires reliable transportation, a valid CNA license, and adherence to HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications

• CNA license or alternate caregiver experience preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certifications preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in the client’s plan of care.
• Assist with medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship.
• Report daily activity to your supervisor through the agency management system and logs.
• Follow agency policies and maintain high standards of care.
