Job summary

BMA Group Global seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support day-to-day execution of clinical studies in San Juan, Puerto Rico. You will coordinate participant visits, maintain study data, and ensure activities align with GCP and protocols.

Work with investigators, sponsors, monitors and staff to support visits, data entry, safety reporting, and study files. Bilingual English/Spanish required to liaise with diverse sites and participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical research, healthcare, or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant visits, including screening, enrollment, and follow-up.
• Support participant recruitment and the informed consent process.
• Schedule study visits, procedures, and protocol-required activities.
• Collect and maintain accurate study data, source documentation, and electronic records.
• Enter data into study systems and address data queries as needed.
• Monitor and report adverse events and participant safety concerns.
• Maintain regulatory documents and study files.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and research staff.
• Support monitoring visits, audits, and other study activities as needed.
