Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our in-home care team. You will provide non-medical assistance, companionship, and support to clients in their own homes, building trusted relationships with clients and families.

We offer direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and flexible schedules. Overtime and holiday pay at time-and-a-half are available, with recognition programs for dedicated CNAs.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience with in-home care is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, family members and co-workers.
