SYNERGY HomeCare in Utah seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, person-centered in-home care to clients in their own homes.

You will deliver personal care, assist with light housekeeping and meal prep, and help with reminders while building trusting relationships with clients and families in a flexible, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA certification.
• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities as needed.
