Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of South San Jose is seeking certified nursing assistants to provide compassionate, non-medical support in clients' homes. You will help across ages and abilities with care that respects clients' independence and dignity.

As a CNA with SYNERGY, you will deliver personal care, assist with daily activities, and coordinate with families and caregivers. We offer competitive pay ($21–$23/hour), direct deposit, paid orientation, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
• Ability to provide non-medical care and companionship.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
