Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking an experienced certified nursing assistant (CNA) to deliver person-centered home care in the community. You will provide companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, while building trusted relationships with clients and families.

We offer competitive pay starting at $19.50 per hour and up, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, and flexible schedules

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience in home care or companionship preferred.
• Ability to establish trust with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by care plan.
• Establish clear communication with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Deliver reliable, punctual care by covering shifts as needed.
