Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join the Operations team on our project in Franklin Furnace, OH. This full-time role supports field supervision, assists carpenters, and helps prepare and load/unload materials on site.

The position requires 1 year of construction experience, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds in some cases. Strong physical stamina and readiness to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to field supervision.
• Use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Lift at least 50 pounds.
• Be agile/mobile, stand/walk for long periods, and handle and manipulate objects.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing the worksite.
• Assisting safety team.
• Handling and moving jobsite materials.
• Assisting carpenters with any projects.
• Help with loading and unloading of deliveries.
