Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience.
• Experience with retail, commercial, tenant improvements, or remodel construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Reliable transportation; ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time as schedules require.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Install millwork, cabinetry, fixtures, displays, and décor packages.
• Install wall panels, trim, doors, frames, hardware, and accessories.
• Rough carpentry, framing, backing, and blocking.
• Drywall installation, patching, and finishing.
• Interior finish work and general carpentry tasks.
• Layout and installation from drawings and project plans.
• Collaborate with other trades to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional work area.

We are looking for experienced carpenters who take pride in quality craftsmanship, work safely, and enjoy building in fast-paced retail environments.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll work on retail construction and remodel projects performing a variety of carpentry and interior finish scopes, including:

• Installation of millwork, cabinetry, fixtures, displays, and décor packages
• Installation of wall panels, trim, doors, frames, hardware, and accessories
• Rough carpentry, framing, backing, and blocking
• Drywall installation, patching, and finishing
• Interior finish work and general carpentry tasks
• Layout and installation from drawings and project plans
• Working alongside other trades to keep projects moving safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work area

Our projects are active retail environments, so attention to detail, professionalism, and quality workmanship are essential.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
• Experience with retail, commercial, tenant improvement, or remodel construction preferred
• Strong skills in rough carpentry, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, millwork, and fixture installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to project locations and stay up to 2 weeks at a time, as project schedules require
• Commitment to jobsite safety and producing quality work
