Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience in home improvement/handyman trades.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Finish carpentry and a diverse skillset.
• Ability to manage homeowner expectations.
• Ability to accurately estimate job time and material requirements.
• Own tools and a professional-looking van/truck.
• Have current driver’s license and insurance.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior trim work and door installation/replacement.

• Estimate job time and material requirements and communicate with clients.
