Job summary

Red Branch Outdoor Living, located in Daphne, AL, is seeking experienced carpenters for residential framing and deck construction. This full-time role offers steady, year-round work with a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will build custom decks, covered patios, pergolas, pavilions, and outdoor kitchens, applying precise framing and finish carpentry techniques. Prior hands-on carpentry experience is required; this is a skilled position, not entry-level labor.

Are you an experienced framing carpenter, deck builder, or residential construction professional looking for steady work with a company that values quality craftsmanship?

Red Branch Outdoor Living is growing, and we're looking for skilled carpenters who have real, hands-on experience building residential structures.

We specialize in custom decks, covered patios, pergolas, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, and luxury outdoor living spaces throughout Baldwin and Mobile Counties.

This is a skilled carpentry position, not an entry-level general labor position. We're looking for candidates who already understand residential framing, construction methods, and the proper use of carpentry tools.

If you know your way around a framing square, circular saw, level, and tape measure - and take pride in building something that lasts - we'd like to meet you!

What You'll Be Building

• Custom wood and composite decks

Please note: This position requires previous hands-on carpentry experience. General warehouse, manufacturing, welding, or labor experience alone does not meet the minimum qualifications.
