Qualifications

• We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity.
• Candidate must have successfully completed a carpentry apprenticeship.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in carpentry tools, techniques, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building high-quality outdoor living structures.
• Measure, cut, and install components of decks and patio covers.
• Prefabricate pergolas and pavilion components.
• Dig and install concrete foundations.
• Work safely and maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Cooperate and collaborate with team members.
• Work with attention to detail and speed while following directions.
• Read and follow blueprints and project plans.
• Check existing sketches and blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Calculate, shape, cut, and smooth materials.
• Fabricate rafters, partitions and stairways, and window and door frames.
• Certify drywall, roofing, and flooring are level and so on.
