What You’ll Do

• Lead daily jobsite operations
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and workmanship standards
• Direct crews and temporary labor
• Stop work when standards or safety are at risk
• Coordinate with ownership on scope and execution
• Maintain professional client‑facing conduct
