Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of home improvement and renovation tasks
• Read and follow plans, measurements, and project instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed
• Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters
• Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals
